As it is well known that most of the pakhtoon population lives in tribal society system, therefore, based on this tribal system of life style there has been some code of conducts which we can tell them in modern system of living "LAWS". SWARA or Compensation is imposed when a family member of a tribe kills a member of another family, the Grand Jirga of the composed of the elders of both tribes is convened and issue a decree of SWARA in order to make sure that the justice has been done and stop further enmity. In Swara it is agreed that a sister, cousin or any other women member of the family of the killer is to be given in exchange in order to compensate for that who is killed. This act of compensation then creates several problems for the women who has been exchanged and faces tremendous violence and violent act from i! n laws as revenge. Women which is considered as the blessings of Allah and act a sister , mother, daughter and can also play a very active and positive role in the society, governments and political system of the country is sacrificed for the evil act of her brother, uncle or father and pays the price for the act is committed by other person.
